Por medio de un documental que vio en Internet fue que descubrió que no solo tenía una hermana, sino que también, podría haber tenido una gemela.“Cuando tenía seis años siempre le preguntaba a mi mamá si tuve alguna hermana gemela, pero ella siempre se mostró tan confundida al respecto”, comentó Muhl al Daily Mail.Además de tener dos tonos en su piel, la modelo posee dos sistemas inmunes y dos tipos de sangre, lo que habría ocurrido después de que se "fusionara" con su gemela en el vientre de su madre.“Antes siempre tapaba mi estómago o sino usaba retoque digitales, pero ahora acepto la forma en que luzco.
